Welcome to Saikou Cards, Figurines & Collectibles! To ensure a smooth and transparent shopping experience, please review our purchase policy below. By placing an order with us, you agree to the following terms:

General Terms & Conditions

1. All prices are in MYR (Malaysian Ringgit). 所有价格以马币计价。

PRE-ORDERS 预购商品

1. For pre-orders, payment is required to secure your item.

预购商品下单时即收款以确保库存。

2. Pre-orders are charged at the time of ordering.

预购商品在下单时即收费。

3. Estimated release dates are subject to change.

预计发售日期可能会有所变动。

4. (Shipping Timeline) Estimated ship dates are provided, but they are subject to delays due to production, logistics, or customs.

预计发货时间仅供参考，实际发货可能因生产、物流或海关原因而延迟。

5. Orders with both in-stock and pre-order items may be held until all items arrive.

如订单包含现货与预购商品，可能等所有商品到货后一起发货。

6. We reserve the right to cancel pre-orders due to supplier issues or stock shortages. A full refund will be provided in such cases.

若因供应商问题或库存不足导致我们取消订单，我们将为您提供全额退款。

Payment Options for Pre-orders 预购付款方式

Customers may choose between full payment or a deposit option (if available) at the time of ordering.

客户在下单时可选择全额付款或支付定金（如提供此选项）。

1. Deposit Payment: A 30% deposit is required at the time of pre-order. The remaining 70% balance must be paid no later than one week before the stock arrives after receiving our reminder notification. Failure to complete payment on time may result in order cancellation and forfeiture of the deposit.

预购时需支付 30% 定金。我们将在货物到达前发送提醒通知，您必须在收到通知后最迟于到货前一周内支付剩余的 70% 尾款。若未按时付款，订单可能被取消，且定金不予退还。

2. Full Payment: Customers who choose to pay in full at the time of pre-order will receive a 10% discount on the total price. (10% off is only applicable as stated in the product listing.)

选择在预购时一次性全额付款的客户可享受总价10%折扣。（10% 折扣仅适用于商品页面中有明确注明的商品。）

Mixed Orders (In-stock+Pre-orders) 混合订单（现货与预订商品）

1. Orders containing both in-stock and pre-order items will be shipped once all items are available.

包含现货与预购商品的订单，将在所有商品到齐后统一发货。

2. Split shipping is available upon request and may require additional fees.

如需分开发货，可联系客服申请（可能需支付额外运费）。

READY STOCK 现货商品

1. All ready stock items are available for immediate purchase and shipment.

所有现货商品均可立即购买并发货。

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 国际运输

Please note that we only ship to selected countries, kindly confirm at checkout to see if your country is supported.

我们仅配送至部分国家，请在结账时确认您的国家是否在支持范围内。

IMPORTANT NOTICE: FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS. 

1. Shipping Fees: International shipping fees are borne by the buyers, fees may vary depending on destination, weight and courier service.

国际运费由买家承担。运费将根据收货国家、包裹重量及所选物流方式而有所不同。

2. Custom Duties & Taxes: Buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or clearance fees imposed by the destination country. (These charges are not included in the product or shipping fees)

所有目的地国家所产生的关税、进口税、增值税或清关费用，均需由买家自行承担。（这些费用不包含在商品价格或运费中）

3. Delivery Time: International delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by customs clearance, local courier delays, or unforeseen circumstances. 

国际运输时间仅供参考，实际送达时间可能因清关程序、当地物流安排或不可抗力因素而有所延误。

4. Customs Delay or Rejection: We are not responsible for delays, holds, returns, or additional charges caused by customs inspections or rejection by the destination country. 

因海关检查、清关延误或目的地国家拒收所造成的任何延误、扣留、退回或额外费用，本店概不负责。

5. Shipping Address/Lost or Damaged Parcels: Please ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for lost or returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.

请务必确认收货地址填写正确且完整。因地址错误或不完整导致包裹遗失、退回或额外费用，本店概不负责。

Once the parcel has been handed over to the courier, liability shall be handled in accordance with courier's t&cs. We are not responsible for loss or damaged during international transit.

包裹交由物流公司后，相关责任将依据物流公司的条款处理。本店不承担国际运输过程中所产生的遗失或损坏责任。

6. Refunds & Cancellations: Refunds, returns, or cancellations will not be provided for delays, custom issues, or shipping-related problems beyond our control. However, a full refund will be provided if due to supplier issues or stock shortages.

因国际运输延误、清关问题或其他非本店可控因素，恕不接受退款、退货或取消订单。若因供应商问题或库存不足导致我们取消订单，我们将为您提供全额退款。

7. Once an order is shipped, shipping fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstances, including: 一旦订单发货后，运费在任何情况下均不可退还，包括但不限于：

- Delayed delivery due to customs 由于海关原因导致的延迟配送

- Rejected parcel upon arrival 包裹到达后被拒收

- Change of mind or cancellation after dispatch 发货后因个人原因更改主意或取消订单

Importance Notice: Buyer Acknowledgement

By placing an order, the buyer acknowledges and agrees to all local/international shipping t&cs stated above.
